uTorrent 1.3 - UnPEcompacted, missing many features of version 1.6 like peer exchange and proper caching mechanisms, maybe good for seeding only, configuration guide
uTorrent 1.6.1 - UnPEcompacted, the last good version for 2 reasons: latest version before uTorrent bought by BitTorrent, no improvements exist beyond this version, configuration guide

NetAnts 1.25 - Best download manager, has been for several years and still is the company does not make any new versions of yet so it is probably as good as it can get, there is no download manager that is smaller and/or faster than this one yet, includes optimal settings in the regfile

DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 - similar to the above, but this is the best program for : (re)authoring, decrypting and burning DVD-Video DVD's

WVC-1 Video Decoder (Windows Media Video 9 Advanced Profile Codec) - includes VC-1 Decoder Version 10.0.0.1218, WMV Decoder Version 11.0.5358.4827 and ASF Version 11.0.5358.4827 this is the Deleted Edition, contains only 3 dll files and runs on any service pack, edit the install.cmd and uninstall.cmd files to represent the location of the files

mouse acceleration fix - Permanently disable all mouse acceleration, for both PS/2 and USB, don't forget to increase PS/2 report rate in device manager if using PS/2 mouse, it patches win32k.sys

USB mouse rate switcher - Permanently patch all the USB ports to report at the desired rate, unlike for the PS/2 mouse where you can select the report rate, for USB there is no such option in the device manager, however this fix patches all USB ports and if you have anything else connected to the USB other than the mouse, the other devices may not work use with caution in that case, it patches usbport.sys
